Circle lenses (or „color contacts” if you prefer, „カラコン” in Japanese) are hugely popular in Japan, South Korea, and throughout Asia. The most popular circle lenses are made by Japanese and Korean cosmetic companies, and there are thousands of different lens models and colors to choose from.

Harajuku style icon Haruka Kurebayashi often wears colored contacts for her modeling work – as well as a part of her everyday fashion. So, we thought it would be fun to have her talk about a few of her favorite contacts for those of you who wear circle lenses. If you do wear circle lenses, please wear them safely and follow all safety guidelines. You only have one pair of eyes.
